PR 0075653458, NSN 2840-01-534-1705, United Technologies Corporation, Cage 77445 with P/N 4088621 and Blade Set, Turbine A.  This solicitation will request a firm fixed price for a quantity of 2588 each.  Requested terms will be FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance at origin, and delivery of 431 days ARO.  This item is an Air 
Force Critical Safety Item. This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition.  Item is not used in the commercial sector.

 A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the solicitation.  Choose the RFP you wish to download.  RFPs are in portable document format (PDF).  To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.  This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. ; A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters.  The issue date is on or around 02/13/19, and the closing date is on or around 03/13/19.

 In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).  SAM registration is at https://www.sam.gov. Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. Please submit along with your proposal your company's Individual Small Business Subcontracting Plan, as required by FAR 19.702 for prime contractors that are other than small when contracts will exceed $700,000.  The subcontracting plan must describe how much subcontracting will be awarded to each of the specified small business categories; veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, HUBZone small business, small disadvantaged business, and women-owned small business concerns. Also, if the overall value of your proposal exceeds $750,000, DLA Aviation Richmond is required by TINA to obtain Certified Cost & Pricing Data; Instructions for submission of a proposal with cost or pricing data is available at FAR Table 15-2.
