PRON: AX7C0679AX & AX7C0680AX.  The Government proposes to acquire, on a three-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, a minimum quantity of 10 each up to 110 each maximum for NOUN: BLADE ASSY, ROTOR, NSN: 1615-01-145-7109, P/N: 114R1702-37 applicable to the Chinook (CH-47), BK-Weapon System.  Production lead-time with first article testing (FAT) is 2 each, 630 days after contract award with deliveries to Tracy, CA 95304-5000.   


In addition, on the same three-year IDIQ contract the Government proposed to acquire a minimum quantity of 24 each up to 224 each maximum of NOUN: BLADE ASY, ROTOR, NSN: 1615-01-145-7110, P/N: 114R1702-38 applicable to the Chinook (CH-47), BK-Weapon System.  Production lead-time with FAT is 2 each, 630 days after contract award with deliveries to Tracy, CA 95304-5000.This item is restricted to the Boeing Company, Cage Code (77272)


This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part.  Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s).


All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.  Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR) http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casl_cmo_home. ; All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.  The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.  Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.


THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 12470.  THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT.
