The Regional Health Contracting Office-Atlantic, Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, NC intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Sole Source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Reagents Kits (Name Brand Name Only) to run the BioFire Filmarray Platforms. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supply items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number W91YTZ-18-Q-0009 is a request for quotation (RFQ). Period of Performance is 15 May 2018 through 14 May 2023. This is a restricted procurement. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 6515 and the NAICS Code is 325413.

he Regional Health Contracting Activity-Atlantic, Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, NC intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) using other than full and open competition procedures to BioFire Defense, LLC., 79 W 4500 S Ste 14, Salt Lake City, UT 84107-2663. This BPA will include Respiratory Panel - RFIT-ASY-0124, 20 kits per year; Gastrointestinal Panel - RFIT-ASY-0116, 5 kits per year; and 6 Meningitis/Encephalitis Panel - RFIT- ASY-0118, 20 kits per year. The period of performance for this requirement is 1 May 2018-30 April 2023. Vendor's interested in requirement shall provide detailed information of their capabilities, certifications and product literature to meet requirements.
