The City is receiving proposals to contract with a Service Provider for the following services:
Receiving and formatting billing data to print, insert, sort and mail utility, tax,
business license and Jointly Owned Natural Gas bills. This process is to
include the inserting of the monthly/yearly statement(s) in a double window
envelope with a security tinted return envelope. Occasionally an additional
insert provided by the City of Warner Robins will need to be included.
