Provide ADA improvements to the Rancho Del Oso Nature Center. The work includes ADA parking, utility improvements, the addition of two (2) ADA restrooms to the structure and ADA path of travel improvements at BIG BASIN REDWOODS STATE PARK in Santa Cruz County.
Bid forms, plans and specifications are available by downloading the bid package from this site. Bid package is also available on CD free of charge. CD can be obtained by emailing to: [email protected] or faxing a request to (916) 445-9027. The CD will be sent by first class mail, unless a FedEx number is provided with the fax request.
Any discrepancies, omissions, ambiguities, or conflicts in or among the contract documents or doubts as to meaning shall be brought to the State's attention by email to Plans Counter at [email protected] or fax to (916) 445-9027 not later than 5 p.m., seven (7) calendar days prior to bid opening date. It is the responsibility of the bidders to download any addendum as needed.
