BIBLIOGRAPHIC DATABASE CLEANUP SERVICE
Database migrations issues; lack of adherence to cataloging standards by libraries prior to joining PINES; and issues with previous ILS systems have created multiple bibliographic records for the same title. Some of these records are low quality and lack complete MARC data. The objective of this procurement is to obtain the services of a qualified firm to reconcile these issues; and perform and coordinate authority processing on the PINES bibliographic database. As an option, coordinate overlay of OCLC records.
