This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. The MAARNG intends to award a sole source contract with Delaware North to participate in the Bruins Bfit program IAW the attached PWS. The RFQ number is W912SV-18-R-0023. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-95 and DFARS Change Notice 20161222.
