The Town of Paradise Valley is seeking a firm with a proven track record of customer service, has a demonstrated relationship with our key vendor partners and is able to deliver the requested benefit services in a manner that compliments the Towns unique culture. The successful firm should be able to work with us to strategically position our benefit program while maximizing our benefit dollars and maintaining employee satisfaction.
The scope of services for which we are interested includes benefit consulting and brokerage, strategic planning of benefits, plan design, employee benefit issue support, pricing negotiations, government compliance, data analysis and forecasting, wellness management, communication and vendor partner management.
