This solicitation will contain 1 NSN (3110-01-212-0173) for a BEARING, BALL, ANNULAR. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite delivery purchase order under commercial procedures. The approved source is TIMKEN 78118 P/N HKTZZ003-W71. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Unrestricted procurement. The FOB point is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. The required delivery for is 228 days ARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO). The IDPO will be effective for a base period of three years with the option to extend the term of the contract for an option period of two years. The estimated annual quantity is 55 each. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 14 each (base period only). The minimum delivery order is 14 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 28 each. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is 16 JUN 19 (anticipated closing date of 25 JUN 14), anticipated award date is July 31, 2014. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
