Further description of drawing is contained in the solicitation. Item is solicited as Total Small Business Setaside. Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. FOB Destination. Required delivery is 144 days after receipt of order. Critical Application Item applies. Export Control applies. Solicitation will result in a firm-fixed Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) in accordance with FAR 13.5. The IDPO contains 3-year base plus one 2-year option period. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) quantity of 27 each for the base and option periods. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation closing date is July 17, 2014. The date is subject to change.
