Solicitation will result in a firm-fixed Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) in accordance with FAR 13.5. The IDPO contains 3-year base plus 2 option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) quantity of 126 each for the base and option periods.
