Approved sources are Derco Aerospace, CAGE 8X044 and New Hampshire Ball Bearings, CAGE 83086. Item is Source Controlled. Restriction on the Purchase of Foreign Bearings applies. Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. FOB Destination. Required delivery is 218 days after receipt of order. Solicitation will result in a firm-fixed Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) in accordance with FAR 13.5. The IDPO contains 3-year base plus one 2-year option period. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) quantity of 382 each for the base and option periods. Item is in support of the Hercules C-130 Aircraft. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation closing date is August 29, 2014. The date is subject to change.
