The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to select a qualified Proponent to enter into
a Contract to assist the British Columbia Assessment Authority ("BC Assessment") in
integrating all of its current websites under one common information technology platform,
one content management system, and uniform graphic standards. BC Assessment requires the
Contractor to conduct a requirements analysis of functional business requirements and
create a new website design and branding through stakeholder consultations. The
Contractor will also be expected to provide support during integration to Microsoft Office
SharePoint Server 2007.
