BATTERY STORAGE
This is an unrestricted procurement for NSN 6140-01-600-9562, Battery Storage for a quantity of 348 each to be delivered within 145 days after receipt of order. RFP will be available on June 18, 2014 on DIBBS.
This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with the approved source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The approved source is Intellipower Inc., CAGE 0UMT8.
Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government.
This solicitation contains DLAD Provision 52.215-9023 for Reverse Auction (RA). The Government reserves the right to activate this Provision after timely offers have been received and evaluated.
The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
