The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSN 6135 - 014557947. Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) with a base period of three years and two 1 year options is anticipated. The total duration, based plus option years shall not exceed 5 years. Solicitation will be issued as "Unrestricted." using FAR Part 13.5 Procedures.

While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
