BAND-solid Waste Collection
The National Park Service has a requirement for Solid Waste Collection for Bandelier National Monument. The NAIC is 562111. The solicitation will be available on or about February 12, 2018 with a closing date for quotes due by March 7 at 3:00 pm MST. The procedures of FAR Part 12, Commercial Acquisition and FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation are applicable to this acquisition. This acquisition is reserved for small business concerns. The government award will be based on best value. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal on this solicitation must be registered in the SAM database. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make an offeror ineligible for award. The web site for SAM registration is www.sam.gov. All offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation from this website and to frequently monitor that site for any amendments to the solicitation. Failure to respond to electronically posted solicitations and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipts of proposals may render your proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of the same.
