B2185 PROVIDE 400 HZ POWER TO RMS 2A25 and 2A50
NAVFAC Washington PWD Patuxent River, Maryland is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice to Provide 400 HZ power to Rooms 2A25 and 2A50 in Building 2185; located at Naval Air Station (NAS) Patuxent River, Maryland. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to provide 400 HZ power to rooms 2A25 and 2A50 in building 2185. The two labs will be utilizing new 400HZ equipment to perform tests on mission-critical equipment within their programs. Both groups need to power benches that contain aircraft hardware that require 400HZ power to test the hardware. Both groups are looking to cut costs by sharing a 400HZ generator between the two of them in accordance with the resulting Performance Work Statement/Statement of Work.
The period of performance for the proposed contract will be 120 calendar days after award.
The solicitation will be available on or about 05-APRIL-2019 with an anticipated quote due date of 30-APRIL-2019, and an estimated award date of 14-JUNE-2019.

This procurement is set-aside for Small Business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238210 with a Small Business Size Standard of $15,000,000. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the Government.
