Base-Demolition and replacement of all major electrical components and cabling including all transformers, switches, panels, circuit breakers and cabling. Asbestos and lead abatement of electrical components and handrails as required. Replacement of building handrails along with other structural modifications required to meet new OSHA standards for hand rail systems and associated system components.

Option 1-All work for building 499 Replacement of Elevator.

Option 2-All work for building 560 Provide Ship Ladders and New Stairway.
