This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation shall not be issued. This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotations RFQ)for parts built the same as or equal to B & K Precision Components. Specifications are attached. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS Code and the small business size standard for this procurement is 423430/100. The offeror shall state in their offer their size status for this procurement. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. However, any award from this RFQ shall require the potential vendor to be certified within the System For Award Management System (SAM)and completion of Reps and Certs in the SAM system prior to award at www.sam.gov. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Marshall Space Flight Center 35812, Central Receiving, Bldg 4631, MSFC, AL. Delivery date TBD. Offers for the items described above are due by June 05, 2014 by 12:00 P.M. CST to Harold Smith(ARCS) at [email protected] or faxed to (256)961-9604 and must include, solicitation number, FOB destination to this Center, proposed delivery schedule, discount/payment terms, warranty duration, taxpayer identification number (TIN), identification of any special commercial terms, and be signed by an authorized company representative. Offerors shall provide the information required by FAR 52.212-1 (JULY 2013), Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, which is incorporated by reference. If the end product offered is other than a domestic end product as defined in the clause entitled "Buy American Act -- Supplies," the offeror shall so state and shall list the country of origin. FAR 52.212-4(SEPT 2013), Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items is applicable.
