This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-64 Effective on January 17, 2013. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference has the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The full text of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations supplement (DFARS) can be accessed on the internet at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/.

 


The solicitation W912NR-19-Q-0118 is issued as a Request for Quote. This procurement is a small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 333515 - Cutting Tool and Machine Tool Accessory Manufacturing. This solicitation is for a firm fixed price and will be awarded to the lowest priced technically acceptable. Offer must include proof of adherence to provided specifications (proposals will be checked for technical acceptableness based on SOW requirements) and have a satisfactory past performance with Government contracts.


The Louisiana Army National Guard State Aviation Command is requesting four tool boxes for aviation mechanics. The boxes must have foam inserts to hold all tools for accountability purposes. In addition to the boxes, they are requesting an assortment of tools with a lifetime replacement warranty. The part numbers listed are snap-on tools and Lista tool boxes. This is not a brand name specific requirement. Anything offered must have salient characteristics to the items listed. All pertinent information can be found in the attached excel spreadsheet.

For quotes, please follow the requirements listed in the scope of work that is attached. Quotes submitted need to have specifications attached that match the items described in the SOW.
