Sole Source. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Yuma Proving Ground (YPG), Arizona, intends to issue a one- month extension modification for continued Aviation Support Services at the U.S Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG) to a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis with LOGMET LLC located at 9600 Great Hills Trail STE 150 W Austin 78759-6303. The Aviation Support Services at USAYPG is currently being fulfilled through the current contract W9124R-13-C-0004. Based on the mobility required, obtaining security clearances, and transitioning of Government Furnished Property, as well as to meet the 01 January 2019 performance start date the U.S Government's solution would be to extend the current contract. This requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1 -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements FAC 2005-101, effective 26 Oct 2018. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 488190, Other Support Activities for Air Transportation with a size standard of $32.5M Dollars. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If you feel that your firm possesses the ability to provide these requirements, then you must respond by demonstrating your firm's technical capability to meet these requirements by 18 December 2018, 12:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST).
