The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to develop a 90% and As-Built Installation Design Package (IDP), procurement of equipment/materials, installation, and 100 percent Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Atlantic System Operation and Verification (SOVT) / United States Air Force-Europe (USAFE) Phase 1 - 3 certification of installed Electronic Security System (ESS) component, as defined in the Statement of Work.
