Avenue Re-Construction
City is requesting Statements of Qualifications/Proposals from Professional
Consulting Engineering Firms to provide design and construction services for the
Avenue Re-Construction Project. Improvements to Avenue generally
consist of road re-construction with drainage improvements, waterline replacement and sewer replacement. Consultant will also provide bidding, construction and postconstructionm services.
