Avenue Improvements
City is seeking qualified firms to provide avenue improvements. This RFQ/P is an invitation by the City to Design Professionals to submit their qualifications and all other required submissions as part of their proposal for performing the services specified in this RFQ/P. Selection will be based upon the judgment of the City in obtaining a Design Professional that will be in the best interests of the City.
