502d Contracting Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio - Fort Sam Houston, Texas is issuing this sources sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in the requirement to provide Auxiliary Catholic Priest Service at Joint Base San Antonio, Texas in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement.

In order to apply for this requirement, a Roman Catholic Priest must have the endorsement of the Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA (AMS). It is the policy of the AMS to grant endorsements only to those priests who will be contracting directly with the contracting office of a military installation. The AMS will not endorse a priest who is subcontracted by a third-party who in fact holds the contract.
