The undersigned hereby proposes to furnish and deliver, automotive Whelen light bars FOB destination point as
listed on individual Purchase Orders, the items listed below in accordance with the Net Prices and other conditions
shown herein, and in accordance with the City's Specifications and General Terms and Condition Specifications.
