Automatic Vehicle Locator System (AVL)
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain competitive proposals as allowed by City-Parish governing statutes, ordinances, resolutions and policies from bona fide, qualified proposers who are interested in the development and deployment of a rebuts and reliable (500) open architecture vehicle tracking solution that utilizes the City Parish existing WiFi infrastructure, the GIS base layers and Oracle database technology as back bone for data mining and ware-housing.
