Automatic Colony Counter

The U.S. Food & Drug Administration, Office of Acquisitions and Grants Services is requesting a quote for the procurement of an Automatic Colony Counter and a Preventative Maintenance Service Contract for a BASE YEAR and FOUR (1) OPTION YEARS. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price Purchase Order for the items described below.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with FAR 13 and additional information included in this notice. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01.
THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION AND A SEPARATE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number for this acquisition is FDA-SOL-1212551 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
