Automated Vehicle Locator (AVL) system
Provide an Automated Vehicle Locator (AVL) system on 105 buses utilized to transport dependent school children throughout mainland Japan. This system must have the capability of being operated 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The Contractor shall provide a web based system accessible by password that will track buses and display real-time information as well as all equipment, installation, and maintenance of the system.
