This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Additionally, the Government will utilize simplified procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333318 and the size standard is 1,000 employees.
4. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) with solicitation number W912LA19Q6054.
5. This solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05 effective 13 Aug 2019.
6. Contractor Responsibility: The Contractor shall provide all items necessary--including, but not limited to, all equipment, supplies, transportation, labor, and supervision--necessary to complete the required items according to the specifications and/or SOW/PWS.
7. Description of Work: Delivery of an Automated Tool Bin system w/ associated components. The particular brand and model is Autocrib's ROBO CRIB® VX1000.
