Automated Teller Machines
Mandatory pre-bid meeting 03/23/2010.
The University is requesting proposals for the installation and operation of
one or more Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) on its campus. A storefront
ATM is required on the exterior of the Hall. An ATM currently
exists in this location and this ATM site would be made available to the
successful bidder (hereinafter known as the Contractor) of this Request for
Proposal. This space is accessible 24/7. One additional stand-alone ATM
may be considered for the interior of the Student Center if the Contractor
deems it an appropriate and viable location.
The anticipated contract term will be for a five (5) year period, with the
University retaining the option of renewing for (2) additional (2) year
extension period upon mutual agreement with the Contractor.
This contract shall be automatically extended into each year of the
contract term unless either party is notified to the contrary, in writing, a
minimum of one hundred twenty days (120) prior to expiration of the
initial year and/or each succeeding annual contract periods.
