The State is soliciting proposals from banking institutions to provide five (5) automated teller machines (ATM's).

The term of this contract is for five (5) years not to exceed December 31, 2015. Vendor shall have exclusive rights to provide ATM Services at these five (5) locations only, throughout the contract period.
