Automated Red Light Enforcement Program
The County is requesting written proposals from qualified companies who can provide an Automated Red
Light Enforcement System (required) and Automated Mobile Speed Enforcement Program (optional).
This includes the installation, implementation and continuing performance of the hardware, software and
supporting services needed for this system to function properly. The proposals being submitted shall be
a complete "turnkey" operation.
The Automated Red Light Enforcement System (required) and the Automated Mobile Speed Enforcement
Program (optional) System shall be "cost neutral" to the County. This shall apply to the equipment and
technology necessary to run the programs and excludes County full-time employees.
