Automated Fuel Management System
The University currently operates an on-site fueling station that consists of:
• Two (2) fuel dispensers that will be replaced to be compatible with selected fuel
management system.
• Fuel management system
• Two (2) underground six thousand (6,000) gallon fuel tanks with Veeder-Root TLS
350 tank monitoring system.
• Two hundred sixty (260) vehicles requiring fuel and vehicle monitoring tags.
• Eight-two (82) pieces of equipment requiring fuel.
As part of the plan to upgrade its fuel distribution system, the University desires to purchase a
comprehensive fuel management system and upgraded dispensers that are compatible
with the purchased fuel management system.
