Automated Attendant System for Parking Garages
The City of Modesto, Parks, Recreation and Neighborhoods Department, Building Services Division is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide, install and maintain an automated parking attendant free system in the downtown area. This system shall utilize Pay on Foot (POF) equipment in the parking garages and Solar Pay-per-Space equipment in parking lots. Program will be managed from a central control room with the ability to monitor and respond to system needs remotely. Tele-video abilities shall be required in all POF, ticket dispensers and exit validating machines. Tele-video system shall allow the customer to call City staff in real time audio and video as needed. City staff shall be able to respond both in real time audio and video.
