A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Baldwin County Purchasing Conference Room located in the Annex III Building at 257 Hand Avenue, Bay Minette, AL., on October 29, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. ALL INTERESTED BIDDERS MUST ATTEND. Vendors will not be allowed to submit a bid for this project if they or a representative of their company does not attend the Pre-Bid Conference.
