This Market Survey/Request for Information (RFI) is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the repair data, expertise, capability, and experience to support the preventive maintenance, technical support, hardware and software support, upgrades, and repairs for the Automated Access Control System (AACS) and Johnson Controls, Inc. P2000 (JCI P2000) integrated network platform at Robins Air Force Base (AFB), Georgia.

NOTE: The Government does not own or have access to the proprietary data for the JCI P2000 software platform and associated hardware. There is no equipment available for loan or reverse engineering.


The Contractor shall provide all travel, personnel, tools, parts, equipment, materials, disposable supplies and supervision to perform preventive maintenance, technical support, upgrades, and repairs on the AACS (security management system) that utilizes the Johnson Controls, Inc. P2000 (JCI P2000) information technology network infrastructure platform for intrusion detection, video surveillance, access control, and building management. The AACS supports security requirements for the 402d Aircraft Maintenance Group, 402d Electronics Maintenance Group and 402d Software Maintenance Group at Robins AFB.


The current sole source contract was awarded to Johnson Controls, Inc.


Contractors/Institutions responding to this Market Research are placed on notice that participation in this Market Survey/RFI may not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. The Government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation in this survey.
