The Government intends to award a sole-source contract to Isograph, Inc. for Reliability Workbench (FaultTree+) software upgrades.
FAR 6.3201 Only one responsible source and no toher supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
This purchase will be awarded as a lowest price technically acceptrable contract without discussions.
All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
