AUDITORIUM RENOVATIONS

SEALED TENDERS FOR PROJECT, properly marked as to their contents, will be received by:

Thunder Bay, Ontario P7E 1E9
up to 3:00pm Local time on Wednesday, June 30th, 2010. Bids will be opened and read privately.
The work generally consists of, but is not limited to the following:
Replacement of seating winches, curtains, flooring, sound boards
Installation of a new sound booth
Complete Bid Documents will be available on Tuesday, June 15th, 2010 from PBK Architects, upon payment of a refundable deposit of $35.00 per project set. The drawings and specifications will be available for viewing at The Construction Association of Thunder Bay, 857 May Street, Thunder Bay, ON P7C 3S2.
Site Inspection
Contractors are encouraged to attend the following site inspection:
Tuesday, June 22nd, 2010 at 3:30pm
All Bids received will become the property of the Thunder Bay Catholic District School Board and as such are subject to the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
THE LOWEST OR ANY BID WILL NOT NECESSARILY BE ACCEPTED.
