Auditing and Related Services
It is the intention of The Housing Authority of the City of Atlanta, Georgia (AHA) to enter into a contract with one (1) qualified independent certified public accounting firm, to provide audit services for an annual Single Audit (A-133), a Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) audit and various other related services as specified in this Request for Proposals (RFP). The initial audit will be for AHAs fiscal year ending June 30, 2009. This Request for Proposal does not include tax related services.
The selected Respondent to this RFP must be available to provide the required services for an initial contract term of thirty-six (36) months and, at AHAs discretion, to extend the contract term for two (2) option terms of twelve (12) months each. The total Contract Period (Initial and Option Terms) shall not exceed five (5) years from the effective date of the Contract. The successful Respondent shall provide all required equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, labor, general administration and overhead in accordance with the contract requirements stated herein.
