It is the intent of the Housing Commission (the “Commission”) to enter into a contract with a qualified certified public accountant (CPA) firm (the “Contractor”) to provide financial auditing services and tax preparation services for the fiscal year for the Commission (July 1 thru June 30) and the calendar year.
