King George County, Virginia, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia and a body politic, herein
referred to as KGC, desires to engage the services of a qualified professional auditing firm to provide professional
auditing services as described herein.
This Request for Proposals (RFP) plus the resulting contract shall be consistent with and governed by the KGC
Purchasing Ordinance and has been prepared in accordance with the Virginia Public Procurement Act.
