Auditing Services
This document constitutes a request for proposals from qualified individuals or organizations to provide general auditing services to the Authority, Inc. Currently, monthly accounting services to the Authority are provided by accounting professionals employed by the Kentucky State Fair Board. The Authority has engaged an independent accounting firm to serve as financial advisor to the Authority. Among other things, the financial advisor provides general oversight over the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. It is the intent of the Authority to continue this engagement beyond the selection of an auditing services firm.
