Auditing Services
The Foundation is requesting quotations from
accounting firms and individuals to perform auditing services.
The purpose of the Request for Proposal is to obtain auditing services for the
fiscal year beginning January 1, 2008through December 31, 2008
The scope of auditing services will consist of the following:
o Review and evaluate journal and ledger entries, bank statements,
inventories, expenditures, tax returns and other accounting and financial
records to ensure financial recording accuracy and compliance with
established accounting standards, procedures and internal controls.
o Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and make recommendations to
improve commissions accounting and management practices.
o Present audit findings and audit report by 15th September 2009 .
