Audit of the Division for Human Resources at UNFPA
The purpose of the consultancy is to carry out an audit of the Division for Human Resources (DHR) and to assess the effectiveness and performance of its key functions, including those identified in this proposal, as well as their compliance with the relevant UN regulations and rules.
The consultancy will:
Determine if DHR has put in place satisfactory processes, systems, and controls and that they are working well, so that the Division contributes to the overall organizational strategic objectives, while meeting its human resources responsibilities in UNFPA.
Identify concrete measures for improved efficiency, effectiveness and economy, where possible suggesting suitable best practices and standards in the field of human resources.
