Audit of Wireless Telecommunications Contracts
The City seeks to engage the services of a qualified, independent audit firm to perform a billing compliance audit of the City's wireless phone contracts with several carriers. The overall objective of this audit is to determine whether the contracted carriers have provided the City with optimized savings and billed accurately for wireless services in compliance with the service contracts. In addition, the audit should identify potential savings and cost recovery/credit opportunities for the City and provide a blueprint for the City to follow to ensure plans are optimized in the future.
