The Office of the State Auditor is seeking a private certified public accounting firm to conduct a financial statement audit of the North Carolina Global Transpark Authority. The audit will cover the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010. The audit will be conducted in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America and the standards applicable to financial audits contained in Government Auditing Standards, issued by the Comptroller General of the United States. The Office of the State Auditor shall have two options to extend the contract, the first for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2011, and the second for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2012, subject to availability of funds.
