The Office is seeking a private certified public accounting firm to conduct a financial statement audit of the Health Insurance Risk Pool (operating as Inclusive Health).

The Office shall have two options to extend the contract, the first for the fiscal year ending June
30, 2010, and the second for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2011, subject to availability of funds.
