The Department of Central Management Services (CMS) is requesting proposals for attestation and consulting engagements and other related services for the purposes of conducting audits and reviews in accordance with relevant standards including the Fiscal Control and Internal Auditing Act, Generally Accepted Governmental Auditing Standards, OMB Circular A-133, Institute of Internal Auditors, the Institute of Certified Information System Auditors, and the Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (CobiT).
This RFP covers any such audits as approved by the Governor's Audit Committee to obtain expertise needed to conduct the audits or in order to complete the IOIA's annual audit plan.
