Audiovisual System
The City of Powder Springs will be seeking qualified and experienced vendor/contractors with demonstrated skills and experience in providing several audiovisual systems and upgrades within the City complex in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Invitation for Bid ("IFB") and any resulting contract for the City of Powder Springs. The property is located at 4484 Marietta Street, Powder Springs, Georgia. Prospective bidders can go on the City of Powder Springs website (www.cityofpowdersprings.org) to download the Specification and any Addendums.
The bids shall be submitted to City Hall at 4484 Marietta Street prior to 1:00 PM EST on Wednesday, November 7th, 2007 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. There will also be a pre-bid meeting on October 23, 2007 at 9:00AM EST at City Hall. All communication relating to this solicitation, either before or after the bid opens, must be coordinated through the Purchasing Department.
